Ion Exchange Resin Tower

We have recently conducted extensive trials over several months to assess the quality of finished biodiesel using a resin filter instead of a water wash system.

Whilst it does have its advantages, we dont believe it to be the method that will superseed water washing.

Our trials concluded that to produce as equally a high quality of biodiesel as water washing does, the resin system must be set up and used correctly. 

Whilst it does help reduce the time it takes to make a batch, as with all methods of biodiesel production, time and care are still essential.
