 
Our range of HDPE Biodiesel processors are compact, easy to operate and excellent value for money. Whether from virgin feed stock or used cooking oil you are able to produce an excellent quality fuel at home. Biodiesel is less harmful to the environment, non-carcinogenic and cost-effective.
Our processors can be comfortably and cleanly housed in a shed or the corner of your garage.

All our processors are complete with wet wash facility, or can use a dry wash system which can reduce the batch time to a few hours.
Our Products:
Etruk 50 - Is our smallest processor with a 50 Ltr batch capacity and very popular with schools and colleges, for use in environmental education.
Etruk 100 - Very popular 100 Ltr batch reactor with double the output and has a fixed methoxide mixer with paddle and automatic introduction. The staring point for seroius production.
Etruk 200 - The largest vessel of our domestic HDPE processors with a 190 Ltr batch capacity, popular with small companies and individuals who wish to share prodution.
Etruk 100+ - With the addition of a 200 Ltr capacity post processing tank and nominal expenditure, this expands the output of the Etruk100, giving you a potential 300 Ltr production capacity. Ideal for small businesses or friends who wish to share a processor and save money.
Etruk 200+ - The Etruk 200+ with an additional 200 Ltr wash and settle tank increases the output capacity to 380 Ltrs. Ideal for medium sized businesses and popular with farmers in the UK. A very competitively priced processor.
Reactor prices are located on the downloadable specification sheets but please contact our offices for the latest monthly offers. These can be anything from some free chemicals to a 5-15% discount, so phone for details.
Did you know it will take you the same amount of time to make 50 litres of diesel as 1000 litres of diesel. So when choosing a machine make sure you can make a large enough batch for your requirements at a time.
Example if you need 150-200 litres a week would you prefer to make 4 batches in an ETRUK 50 or 1 batch in an ETRUK 200?
Most machines are from stock but if not then the maximum waiting time should be two weeks.
